MenuHUD Refund Policy
Since MenuHUD 1.7.0 the app offers no Supporter License purchase. This policy applies to purchases made in earlier versions.
Not happy with a Supporter License purchase? You can request a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — and your Supporter License will keep working. It never gates an app feature, so there is nothing to take back.
How to request one
- Through Paddle — Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Your Paddle receipt links to its support and refund flow.
- By email — write to justin@justinyan.me, ideally with the Paddle receipt or its transaction ID.
Purchase boundary
MenuHUD uses its isolated Live commerce origin only for checkout creation, bounded automatic claim checks for a saved checkout, and user-initiated transaction recovery or purchase-email recovery. Paddle handles the payment and refund; MenuHUD never receives your card or bank details.
After 14 days
Email us anyway. A Supporter License is a voluntary way to support development, and nobody should regret one; we'll be reasonable.
This policy operates alongside any statutory rights your local consumer law gives you; it never reduces them.
